Benefits of Drinking Water In The Morning

When scientists look for life on other worlds, they don't search for green, oval headed creatures with big funny  eyes. They look for water first. Water is what makes life on earth possible. More than 70% of our body is water.

Without water, our body will shut down in less than 3 days. You probably already know that and many other many benefits of drinking enough water, but do you know that a glass or 2 of water can bring added benefits to your health.

By drinking water before you brush your teeth in the morning, you will be aiding your kidney in flushing the toxins in your body. By drinking water, you will also have less temptation to drink other beverages high in sugar and caffeine.

You will also be more energized. Almost all part of our body needs water to function. Without water, we will feel sluggish and tired, thus by having water as soon as you get up from bed will energize and refresh you.

By having water in the morning, you can also suppress your appetite. This is because your body cannot always tell the difference between hunger and thirst.

It is not easy to drink water  as soon as you get up but with self discipline it will be a habit and a good one at that.
